Crystal was founded in 1962. We entered cold chain in 2000. In the years since, we've built, operated, and refined every part of the cold chain: warehousing, transport, containers, processing, and infrastructure. We know what works, what breaks, and what it takes to do this at scale.
Crystal's cold chain journey began with a single conviction: that India's perishable supply chain deserved better infrastructure, better operations, and a partner that understood the stakes. Over 25 years, that conviction has been tested across every kind of cold chain challenge: demanding pharma clients, fast-scaling food brands, complex export requirements, and the relentless pace of quick commerce.
Today, Crystal operates facilities across India, serves over 300 active clients, and manages cold chain for some of the country's most recognised brands.
