• Portable cold storage containers — available for rental and purchase

• Related cold chain infrastructure and logistics services

Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Crystal Group and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment
• All prices are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate applicable at the time of invoicing

Container Rental Terms

• The minimum rental period for portable cold storage containers is 7 days
• Rental charges are computed from the date and time of container delivery to the customer's site
• The customer is fully responsible for the safety, security, and proper use of the container throughout the rental period
• Any damage to the container beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged to the customer at cost of repair or replacement

Liability

• Crystal Group is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from the use of our services or website
• Our maximum aggregate liability in connection with any service is limited to the total value of that specific service contract
• Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events — are excluded from our liability

Intellectual Property

All content on crystalgroup.in — including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Crystal Logistic Cool Chain Ltd and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website without prior written permission from Crystal Group is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
